Refund Policy

KillSwitch subscriptions are billed as shown on the pricing page. If a user believes they were charged incorrectly or cannot access the service after payment, they should contact support@killswitch.world.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. A refund may be considered when there is a duplicate charge, accidental purchase, billing error, or a technical issue that prevents reasonable use of the product.

Refunds may be declined where the service has been used substantially, where abuse or fraud is suspected, or where the request falls outside a reasonable review period.

To request a refund, email support@killswitch.world with the account email, charge date, and reason for the request.
