KillSwitch

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 6, 2026

KillSwitch uses account, subscription, transaction, and email-related signals to help users detect recurring subscriptions, renewal dates, payment changes, cancellation confirmations, failed payments, and subscription-related notices.

When a user connects a bank account or card through a supported provider, KillSwitch may receive transaction details such as merchant names, dates, amounts, payment status, and account or card metadata needed to identify subscriptions. KillSwitch does not need or store bank login credentials.

When a user connects Gmail, KillSwitch may scan subscription-related email signals such as receipts, invoices, renewal reminders, cancellation confirmations, refund notices, trial reminders, and payment failure notices. This information is used to improve subscription detection and alerts.

KillSwitch may store account information, connected-data status, subscription records, notification preferences, billing status, and support communications. We use this information to operate the service, protect accounts, troubleshoot issues, and provide support.

KillSwitch does not sell personal data. Access to sensitive data should be limited to systems and people who need it to run, secure, support, or improve the service.

Users can contact support@killswitch.world for privacy questions, account deletion requests, connected-data questions, or support related to subscription records.
